dude - realize - What a woman Says she wants, and what she REALLY WANTS are 2 completely different things.

Also hot girls in their 20’s are usually pretty shallow and don’t know how to fuck… unless they are batshit crazy - then you are in for the best/worst weeks/months of your life.

Also hot girls in their 20’s rarely date NICE guys. Many have a low self esteem - they date shallow douchebags (with nice shoes) and keep the nice guy as friends. In their experience, boys lose degree’s of interest in them the more they fuck. so if they fuck the nice guy, he’ll lose interest and she’ll lose a possible good friend and get rejected by a good, nice person and that would be really terrible. There are exceptions to the rule. But hot girls who are intelligent and have their shit together can afford to be really really picky and pick out the rich funny cool nice guy.

Also - if you are interested in a lady, you gotta make a move early on or you get friended - don’t have deep conversations for 5+ hours or exchanged 20 emails - keep it simple - if you like were its going after chatting for 20 minutes… be nice and ask her out on a date - make it official.

Some girls will never ever ever be into you - just how it works - its nothing personal. Ask politely for a number or a date and if they give you some excuse… cool, move it along and drop it - Funny thing is 1/3 the time, they will approach you later on at a party or at a bar or something for whatever reason… maybe their earlier excuse was legit - maybe they just need a rebound - maybe they just need some attention who knows.
